MANIFESTO

CARENEIGHBOUR

Every day, families place enormous trust in carers they have barely met inside homes they cannot always visit. They rely on background checks, star ratings, and hope. But background checks tell you who someone was. They don't tell you how someone shows up on a Tuesday afternoon with your father when no one is watching. Carers, in turn, give some of the most demanding, intimate, and emotionally complex work imaginable and have almost no way to prove how good they are, or protect themselves when something goes wrong. Care receivers, the people at the centre of all of this, have the least power and the most at stake. And providers and agencies are managing quality through spot checks and complaint logs alone. We believe this is broken. And we believe the fix is transparency. Not surveillance. Not tick-box compliance. Real, respectful, consent-based evidence of how care is actually delivered turned into something useful for everyone involved.

01
Care is sacred, not transactional

Helping someone eat, bathe, or move safely is among the most intimate forms of work and deserves the same respect and professionalism as any clinical role. Trust in that care should be earned from real interactions over time, not just background checks, references, or a handful of online reviews.

Common Questions

CareNeighbour is an AI documentation and trust platform for home care. It turns a consent-based care visit into three useful outputs: a plain-language visit summary for families, a professional session record for carers, and quality or compliance signals for providers.

A carer starts a live session using a wearable device, Apple Watch, or phone. With consent, the session is transcribed and analysed so CareNeighbour can generate documentation, family updates, provider quality signals, and concern flags from the same visit.

No. CareNeighbour is not a camera and does not provide a live video feed. It is designed as a consent-forward documentation and quality assurance tool that helps make home care visits clearer, safer, and better documented.

CareNeighbour is built for home care providers, care workers, support workers, and families who want clearer records of care visits without adding more manual admin for carers.

No. CareNeighbour is a documentation and quality assurance platform. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor, predict, or alleviate disease or injury.
